There are no refunds or returns if the products have been opened and the safety seals have been broken. Proof of purchase from us must be shown.

Terms and conditions for the sale of goods

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They apply when you buy any goods via this site or by phone and to our measuring / installation services.
No goods can be returned without prior agreemeent. Fabric length of less than 10 metres and less than 5 rolls of wallpapaer.(to one shade and design) will not be accepted.
Please not ‘special orders’ products are none returnable.
2. Minor variations in goods
2.1 You acknowledge the majority of goods are dyed and that batches can vary slightly in colour and shade. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that colour and shade of any goods will be identical to any previous order or to any sample or to the way that the goods are displayed on our website.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy from us.
When ordering online, you place your order by using the ordering process on our site. This process permits you to check and amend any mistake before placing the order
You must ensure all information is correct and you must tell us immediately if there are any changes.
On acceptance of an order you place with us, this is your offer and therefore a binding legal contract when we send you a confirmation email. We are ot obliged to supply any goods which are unavailable, even if we have accepted your offer. If products become unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and will arrange for a full refund.
Right to cancel MTM Curtains and blinds
There is no right to cancel contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised.
Payment on order confirmation
Payment will be in advance. No goods will be ordered until funds have been.
Prices may alter, all orders and contracts will be honored at the price accepted.
Delivery costs are charged extra and my vary through different suppliers.
If there has been a mis-priced item, we are not obliged to supply the item at that price provided we tell you before we send it off.
We may offer discount codes from time to time. All discount codes refer to the price excluding delivery charges. 8.1 Delivery will be complete when we deliver to the address which you specify when ordering. We may deliver different parts of your order on different dates.
